Orthodontic surgery
In cooperation with your orthodontist, we perform the following procedures by:
- Exposure of impacted teeth
- Extension of lip or tongue tie
- Dental transplants
- Introducing mini implants / palate implants
- Osteotomy
The 3-dimensional planning of osteotomy is always computer-based. The computed tomography images are fused with scanned impressions of the upper and lower jaw and then planned according to a 3-dimensional perspective. This approach enables a very precise surgical planning process. The surgery can be performed either at the Limmat Clinic or Hirslanden Clinic in Zurich.
